The usa has done enough research and have realised that North Korea has nothing , has no resources , has no potential has no intellectual worth so why even bother talking to talking to them.
The reason to talk is that the usa talks to everyone and is PC in this modern absurd world.
good for them but due to their procrastination and over pC TALKFEST like a woman they eventually get crushed ...
if North K decide to unleash a nuke the USA will undoubtedly unleash their entire arsenal of convcentional weapons ending North K existence within 1-2 hours ....hence pointless. and USA win the points for not retaliating with nukes.
