The DOE certainly loves Novonix.
The detail in the announcement shows that they can actually on-sell the credits...so they dont have to wait for tax liabilities to actually benefit from this.
Assuming they could get close to parity (would surely be a small discount) in a sale, the DOE has basically handed 32c per share in cash to NVX holders.
