U.S. Holders

BTEBY/BTEBD holders, I still have not received a response from BNYMellon or Benitec's investor relations outsourced specialist Kyahn Williamson of Buchan Consulting concerning what becomes of the OTC shares once the IPO occurs on Nasdaq. I don't see any scenario where the OTC would continue to trade once BNTC begins trading. I sure hope the shares will convert, but my instinct tells me we are going to have to sell and re-buy. Luckily I hold most of my shares through Fidelity as BLT on the ASX. I have a few in BTEBD through Fidelity a larger amount in Scottrade and Etrade. Only Fidelity did not charge a conversion fee for the pleasure of going from BTEBY to BTEBD.

All holders of BTEBD, I would think, should want to know what to expect as the deadline approaches for the IPO.

Previous posters provided some information to this question, but there was still a fair amount of interpretation possible...ie...we will likely get the raw end of any deal.
