actually, same as sydney, if you check realestate.com.au, how many units been sold and under contract recently, you will feel: crazy!!!!!!!!!!!! in last few month, the average unit price in sydney soar 8-10%.
if interest rate is stable below 5%, even I would like to buy one commercial property to let out.
