You may guess right sydney. Might be just me, but I'd be looking at the particulars of the stock bit more though. For example:-
* Whether they can prevent a breach of LTV covenants in a falling market with 8% headroom.
* Effects of exposure the the poor performing UK market.
* Potential loss of fund management income in the case of covenant breaches.
* The ability to be able to refinance $5b of debt in 12 months.
* Prospects of asset sales to reduce risks of above.
If management can navigate these issues, then you could probably assume that the stock will perform extremely well based on current pricing.
If not, then I'm not sure, oil prices etc are going to help a great deal.
