this will only reduce demand of EV because buyers can't get rebate if their ideal EV cars use Chinese made battery. the demand is already shrinking so this new rule will make it worse at least short term. long term yes when china has been ruled out and we are in a more healthy market without too much manipulation then our lithium price will be stable and demand of Lithium will be steady. but this takes time.
