Yes, I'm aware of Blueline....however, Hondo isn't in the Gulf Coast Industrial Zone. I believe they were talking about somewhere else, possibly in Calhoun County. My point is: Whomever is taking so long on this needs to move it along. How long will it take to build the plant after approval is reached? Hey, it's just 2 yrs till 2025.
