Tapering won't happen in 2013 IMO - the fed will maintain it will at some point but how can they ?

If anything, I would not be surprised to see an increase in bond buying and the debt ceiling raised

The likes of GS and JPM are using the debt ceiling to scare gold holders into thinking a large taper looming - what a joke

My prediction:-

- debt ceiling raised $1Tn to see the outcome of 1 year more stimulus
- bond buying stays at $85Bn

You can bet if GS and JPM fear the above, they'll be telling the market the exact opposite and trying to keep gold below $1,300 before it hits the fan

Surely there is far more money to be made rallying gold to historical highs against a woeful US economy instead of trying to suppress it

The more they smash it unnaturally like this, the more obvious the manipulation becomes
