Huge Re-rate coming for ALG. 44 operating centres in US with continued growth and expansion. Vaccinations having been picking up exponentially across the world. New centres constantly being built.
ALG's land assets have appreciated dramatically. The massive amount of land assets held by ALG was last valued in June 2020, but should be significantly higher this coming year. Property prices have gone absolutely ballistic, especially Queensland.
In my eyes, ALG is both a value and a growth stock. Rapid expansion as well as rapidly appreciating assets.
