Desk jockeys just have access to lots of shares to sell - they are a pain in the ass but can be used if you know how to trade with them to profit instead of against them to lose money. Probably experience in the market will teach newbies how but it involves some patience until they decide to offload at cheaper prices then an entry before the market really lets fly with seller resistance - time youre entry purchase right and you can make heaps.
