It was $120 million , but since then they have acquired multiple tenements in Namibia aswell as Australia, all were aquired dirt cheap due to Elevate Uranium (Marenica Energy) buying at the bottom of the cycle when companies were delisting or fighting insolvency. On top of this they developed patented U-Upgrade with the help of CSIRO.
