Another thing to remember is EL8 is the only company that can mine these lower grade deposits with the Upgrade technology. They can also mine higher grade deposits much cheaper then the competition (Like DYL).
And being in U mining friendly Namibia they will actually be able to mine and shouldn't have much problems with government regulations (Like VMY for instance).
