I've been trying to get my head around a value for EL8 given the recent big run on the back of spot U price.
Was it under valued and is fair value now?
Is it over valued?
So current MC is $109M
Current JORC resource is 109M lb.
So that's $1 per lb.
If the SP rises to 60c the MC rises to $137M which is $1.26 per lb.
Good exploration land in Namibia.
Upgrade technology for improving grade.
Which ever way you play it, nuclear has a place at least for the next 15 years and more uranium will be needed.
Fairly good case for new reactors to produce carbon free base load energy to power all the new EVs.
For me it passes the pub test. It certainly makes more sense than PRL's hydrogen case and they have an MC of $169M.
