    nova energy running takeover target u Has lake way and centipede. Going to be a take over target. Likely to be one of the first few u mines in australia. WA ban lifted next year. BFS next year, mine construction 2008. Also holds numerous namibian licenses and also a lot in Guinea. BUY, target price $5
