    i was on east link today sunday around 3.30pm noticed lot more traffic counted on average 50 cars going one way between knox and dandenong per minute.Doing sums 50x2 =100 double that for the whole road add variations and peak of peak.I think 200 vehicles per minute is fair assumpton. 200x60x24 how is it looking now, surprised?
