There are strange things afoot with our local market, in the banking sector specifically --- it's being capped and every attempted rally stifled.
Look at ANZ-- this is the worst series of red candles in at least a decade...
For 13 consecutive days since the November 3 peak, the price has closed below the open...and in most cases, formed another low.
