    I can understand BMN being on a watchlist and it looking ripe for picking but if you a still a U308 bull why not just buy more PEN

    PEN has a growing big resource base in a stable country with low cost opex and capex.

    PEN is set to become the newest Uranium producer ahead of its rivals.

    PEN is less risk soon to be producing looks even riper for the picking imo...
