u3o8 signs hoa on argentinean uranium project

This looks very exciting for U3O8. The Company has been looking at projects in South America, and particularly Argentina for a while now. A lot of people think this is one of the great unexplored uranium provinces in the world, and it doesn't have the same political risk as many other parts of the world. The federal government in Argentina is very much in favour of uranium with 2 existing nuclear power plants, and a couple more in the pipeline and it also reopened a reprocessing plant earlier this year.
The Atomic Energy Agency of Argentina has been drilling away madly at Cerro Solo for a couple of years now, and have been very active throughout the country.

This really strengthens the portfolio of U3O8 Limited. Hopefully they can pull of some of the other planned joint ventures they have planned.

U3O8 Corp, the JV partner here, is a very respectable Canadian listed company who has also been extremely active in South America. They have so many good projects it is not surprising that they have farmed some out to ensure work gets done on them.
