my intention was a hypothetical scenario not my opinion and the point was a lot of assumptions are made without substance or knowing what is actually going on. It was a scenario of what may be happening that is all. Sometimes you need to sell the difficulties to by at the right price type thing? You are correct I have no clue how T/O negotiate but I am allowed to suggest a possible scenario. My post was certainly not meant to disrespect anyone apologies if it did.
