    Market capitalisation has nothing to do with what a TO group gets in compensation and have zero impact on the negotiations. They negotiate over the royalty rates.

    The same with gov, they don't care what the companies share price is, they just get their royalty rate. Same royalty rate for any company if I am not mistaken.

    But very clever thought process nonetheless...
