Could it be that it is all a bit simpler than it appears, for instance if I was a T/O and a big company was trying to do a deal with me and I could see they were committed to a rig already I would not be so flexible in negotiations . If I was the CEO of Buru I would be holding my cards as close to my chest as legally possible. Good will is one thing human nature is generally a bit more predictable?
