    Could it be connected to a new project announcement - possibly in Armenia.

    Just following the dots from the Chairman's address stating negotiations, a new substantial holder notice and a geo working for the overseas based and new sub. holder Wayne King Mining Corp Ltd.

    If not a new project then a hell of a dilution coming. Possible 300m new issue has been announced which could raise around $15m.

    One to keep an eye on.
