UAL AGM Wed 30th Nov (MNS Spin-off company)

The Uranium Africa Limited AGM is on Wednesday the 30th November at the York Function center (Same location as the Magnis AGM) I don't have the letter in front of me but I think the start time is 11am.

I am planning on attending if it doesn't clash with anything work related and am happy to ask some questions if people have any and there is time.

Maybe we could collate a list of questions on here and those that attend (myself included) could ask these questions in the Q&A section towards the end?

A few questions that I have:
When are they listing on the ASX?
What was the purpose of buying the Madaba Uranium project?
Are they looking to develop a mine and go into production or be taken over/sell the company?
