Maybe global but there are still lots of hungry nuclear plants around the world & lots under construction. MNS old assets, now UAL, unfortunately are not in the running at these prices but there are U308 plays that are going to produce for US$15/lb & will still make good $ via long term contracts around US$35-40/lb

Also a small pulse detected for Dec 2016 U308 futures contracts up to US$22.50 - might be just a one off. Certainly not a 'sexy' sector at present but keep watching.
