Uranium Africa Limited (UAL) has raised $7,747,999.80 via a placement of ordinary shares to local and overseas sophisticated investors.
The placement consisted of 129,133,330 shares at A$0.06c per share.
Funding will be used to progress listing on the Australian Stock Exchange, exploring current tenements and acquiring new projects.
Total shares on issue are 395,799,997.
