As you all know I'm very pro mns ATM. It fits well with green revolution etc.
However while I'm pro U308, got well stung with Fukushima. I think nuclear is done, finished. And even if it does get going the likes of a new uranium explorer making ground when there is so many existing mines that have been mothballed, or reduced production that can be ramped up, makes this play a very very long shot. To buy in and hope now when you can simply monitor the price of U308 and existing company profiles, you won't miss the run if it happens and you won't risk capital in the interim.
Good luck with whatever you decide, recent articles saying the end of the I.C.E and lots of negative media recently about South Australia being a dumping ground for nuclear waste, the world doesn't want it coupled with recent earthquakes. DYOR, mns left uranium for a very good reason.
