Did they suddenly enter the market on a Monday morning and no one knew about it ???

If I set up a private TAB style betting shop in the main street of the suburbs, how long before the authorities pounded on the door to put me out of business

With Uber the government allowed them to set up business with basically no laws to regulate them, from that point Uber just keeps pushing as they had their foot in the door

Look at any business, they are entitled to expand within the legal boundaries and they can only be penalized if they go past that boundary

The government allowed them in, so they are the ones truly at fault
