The other point I like to add is that DPZ has only 4% of corporate owned stores, where as DMP has about 25%. Plenty of room for management to act and deleverage and improve BS. That will help some of those % to look better as well as cash flow to reduce debt. I think everything is there within the company to put right and make it efficient.
