On August 26, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board held a hearing on the appeal of the state's approval of BLR's proposed UBHM test and bulk sample extraction at Hansen.  No decision was made, and the item was tabled to the September meeting.  My understanding is that the issue did not make it onto the September agenda.
