Interesting point. Take Google, as an example, don't pay out dividends. They believe in the growth of the company and use profits to expand the business into other areas.
Why should TZ offer dividends so early? I would have thought only after full market penetration in all areas has been achieved, should dividends be paid out.
That is not to say that an announcement from the board as per above won't drive the p/e in itself.
Time will tell, but intially I am quite happy to go without income for a few years while TZ establish themselves much in the same way Google has.
