Just a point of interest... Buddy has just raised $23m for its 'smart building' sensors products, but has little to no revenue or client base. UBN has global clients and growing recurring revenue base with contracted clients. UBN is currently worth about 20% of BUD. Appreciate that Management has been less than ideal historically, but with Henry's history at DTZ and the client base, i think there is still a valid market opportunity for us and a growing value opp.
