What interesting about this is that the vast majority of the UBS holdings are for Brispot Nominees. They have been known to precede hostile takeovers in the past. UBS acquired Brispot sometime ago.

Even more interesting is that the new shares are going into the Brispot account.

I've called this on Twitter recently and I'll repeat here: I believe SDA is the target of a PE buyout. My investment account will soon be taking a very decent parcel in SDA. Hopefully as soon as Friday, if not next week some time.
