When you used a big company, any mis-doing you are then protected - their fee is most likely on specaial anyway due to the GFC
UMC/IOH needs to be seen as independent as possible eventhough they may have common directors
Anyone knows if they have common insto shareholders as well
Just checked - IOH has approx. $17m on hand as compared to UMC of $11m
