Your post has me thinking of IOH.
Director of UMC also Director of IOH.
I looked at a post of IOH,they are four and a half cents more then UMC.
The post said.
This is the 4th resource upgrade & 4th trading halt in as many months.
How much bigger is this resource going to get?

Leave it to you to decide if it could be looking to join with UMC.Very close to each other.
I posted last week about how many announcements of resource up grades IOH have been making.
