Hi all I am a long term holder of talga and have faith that we will do really well and remain very optimistic despite all the speed bumps we keep running into (appeals and such)
i am by no means an expert. I would say I have a very basic understanding of how this all works.

I would like to thank everyone who contributes to this forum as it is offten a sauce of information i haven't seen yet.

I combe through many sauces to try and get as much information as possible so I can make an informed decision on investing. something I came across the other day has me puzzled (as normally I think it will be completely standard just beyond my investment knowlege)

i would like to ask a few quick questions aboutUBS Asset Management AG

They are listed as the largest share holder and it also seems that they are a large trader off loading multiple millions of shares and re buying in the same day.

Is this all above board?

Would being in control of 5+ % of talga give them access to information that the general public does not have ?

would they hold a board seat?

if they do would trading huge volumes on and off in the same day be in the best interests of the company?

if this is not above board is there anything we can do about it as share holders?

I am not trying to attack anyone just puzzled and google hasn't helped lol
