credit suisse:
Target $8.15 (was $7.85). The broker notes the recent oil discovery at Bilby-1 in Brazil has been expanded significantly, citing a now proven oil column of 320 metres. Credit Suisse expects to see further upside upon more drilling.
The two out of three success rate has boosted the broker's confidence in the Santos Basin and the valuation is lifted accordingly. The Outperform call and forecasts are maintained.
