UBS have today released a buy recommendation upgrade from neutral. Share price target is 55 cents based on 10% NPV over 2P reserves and balai risk weighted by 50%. Looking at the breakdown, seems like no upside value is assigned to balai cluster which is fair enough as no investment decision has been made yet.
I think that this is a conservative recommendation.
Beibu Gulf expected upside management guidance is 15,000 BOPD however, with the new 3 appraisal wells drilled, UBS sees further upside
Looking forward to the next bentara well as the previous one flowed at between 1,685 and 2,275 BOPD.
