True - but Stella is estimated by analysts to be worth $1.7bil. Even if that were sold at half it's value it'd still be over $1.80 a share just for the Stella component.
When they considered selling Stella last year they had a figure of $2.5 bil in mind and they've made more acquisitions since then.
