All the UBS "valuation" shows is that, in the current market, noone has any idea how to value this company.
The UBS value is saying that there is a 20% chance that the business will go belly up with no return to shareholders. With the other 80% being values at a mere 2 times earnings.
2 times earnings! I don't know of any industrial company that is projecting growing profits (and profits of over $250 million) and is on a PE of 2!
I'm not saying UBS is wrong, just that they are pulling numbers from the air to try to come up with something.
