Do the main players have more than 40% of the shares in HDR now? Assuming that they will elect shares in preference to cash. My thinking is that TLW will only issue a 40%/60% split. However if you requested 100% of your holding in shares and the majority of shareholders on the other hand requested the cash. Then you might do very well for yourself if share requests are not scaled back.

Or am I a twit
