if it's the gap at $1.80 you are referring to ? then a revised takeover play of ECX with some competitive bidding tension between 2 parties, from $1.60 onwards.
if the 2 x asset sales are done prior, can see something around $1.30ish IMO, depending on terms of offer, etc...
