Crazymark, I have to agree with Chris1983 here.

Have you considered Arrow's existing domestic gas contracts, its power dispatch rights wrt Townsville Power STation and Daandine, as well as Braemar 2 coming online mid'09.

These all provide good cash flow, and the electricity sales provide an uplift in the ultimate gas price and also a sink for them to use the ramp-up gas for their proposed LNG plants.

Still reasonably priced in my opinion relative to less progressed, non-producing, less diversified companies (eg Pure) that sold for higher valuation metrics than what AOE is currently trading on.
