UBS launches Pro Medicus block tradeUBS is seeking buyers for two separate parcels of Pro Medicus shares on behalf of its directors.
Chief executive Dr Sam Hupert is looking to offload $36.1 million worth of stock as is technology director Anthony Hall, according to terms sent to fund managers after market on Thursday.
The offer price has been pegged at $36.10 per share, which represents a 4.9 per cent discount to the last close.
Both Hupert and Hall's remaining shareholdings have been escrowed until the release of 1H FY20 results.
