You need to bear in mind that these two Directors (founders) own almost 60% of the company at present so a minor sell down increases liquidity which is a plus..
They were recently quoted in the Fin Review on this very subject.
Given the momentum the Co now has and the significant R&D and development underway in both Europe and US I think the Co is probably less reliant on these two than it used to be and conducting the sale in an open and transparent way as they are is better than slipping them out on market.
