I would think a takeover of YOW would be incredibly difficult at the moment. You would think that the majority of holders have bought in for its blue sky potential so what would they have to pay to get enough people to give that up now, with all the incredibly positive recent developments? At $1 a share it would $140m on issued shares alone, not including options. I think most people would view a $1 per share offer as derisory, I certainly would. I think they would need to offer at least between $1.50 to $2 to have a chance of successfully taking over and that's one hell of a punt.
