Its quite remarkable how easily these large holders can increase their holdings so significantly without moving the price. Due to recent dilutions they needed to accumulate simply to maintain their percentage holdings - so the amount of stock they need to accumulate to increase their percentage holdings is significant (more than if there hadn't been dilution via the placements etc.).
This accumulation is a very strong vote of confidence in the company and in the current value on offer at current prices.
The overhang and loose stock from the recent placements is reducing all the time and, as the register tightens, at some point the accumulation game will stop working, at which point we'll either see corporate activity or the large holders will allow the price to run.
