I know you scour for "potash negative" news and/or spam, therefore imho it's notable that it has taken you so long to find such to post and/or to distort - or is the timing an effort to damage the rights issue? We still won't switch to your phosphate stock.

I'd say your header is a hugely maladramatic distortion of a routine downward adjustement (to the notoriously unreliable) commodity forecasts of one investment banker.
