Out of curiosity... does anyone know what happens in a takeover scenario. Playing this out... say it hits $10 and a $12 per share takeover bid is accepted - what happens to my shares from a capital gains perspective. Is that considered a "Sell" event and capital gains is due on the entire parcel that financial year??
