    $100m seed money earns no fees if the value is <$100m. Only on excess value above $100m. Now it's ~$70m. That'll only start earning fees with XJO around 6500-7000.

    I'm just assuming SELF will trade fairly similar to XJO, though their intention is to outperform it.

    To earn $550k attributable fees, they need $115m FUM that earns fees. So about $215m total AUM (including $100m fee-free seed funds) versus the current ~$76m.

    If XJO stayed at 4800, they'd need an almost tripling of units on issue to break even. (Though when XJO finally did recover, it'd put the ETF in profit)
    If XJO rose to ~7000, they'd only need units on issue to double.

    Either way, it needs a drastic change of trajectory from the current +1% in 3-4 months. 100-200% increase in units on issue is needed.


    And I mean for the SELF ETF to break even, not SWF.
