Yes A number of potentially agressive players looking for a short term profit from corporate action are on the register. Not surprising given a market cap of just 440m, cash on hand of approx $360m, and EIRCOM producing about 100m a year in free cash flow (BCM's share).
With the SP at these levels I'd like to see them continue with the on market buyback. No idea what levels an off market tender would realise at the moment - but I suspect the remaining number of shares would make this a very small cap stock!
